SMS Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by Kingdom AI Solutions, LLC (“Kingdom AI Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Description
Kingdom AI Solutions, LLC sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have asked to receive them. Messages are transactional and conversational in nature and include:
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling links.
- Notices about changes to a scheduled appointment.
- Responses to questions you send us by text and general customer support.
We do not send unsolicited promotional or marketing text messages under this program.
2. How You Opt In
You opt in by giving verbal consent during a phone call that you place to us. This is the only way we collect consent to text you.
When you call one of our business numbers and speak with our representative or automated voice assistant, you may be asked whether you would like to receive a text message. Consent is captured with language substantially the same as the following:
“Can I text you a link to book your appointment? You will get appointment confirmations and reminders by text. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.”
We send text messages only after you answer yes. Your verbal consent is recorded in our system along with your phone number and the date and time consent was given. We do not add numbers to our messaging program from any other source, and we do not purchase, rent, or import phone number lists.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You will typically receive one to four messages per appointment, plus any replies to messages you send us. We do not send recurring messages on a fixed schedule.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Kingdom AI Solutions, LLC does not charge you for the text messages you receive from us, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving messages depending on your plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
5. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message from us to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message and we will not send you further texts. To start receiving messages again, reply START.
6. Help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us using the information in the footer of this page.
7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.
8. Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
